The Armed Defense Training Association is holding their ‘Free to the Public’ training workshop this evening from 7-9pm at the Bothell American Legion Post 127. Our Federal Way ADTA lead instructor will be taking us through many realistic scenarios of self defense and go over things that we should and should not do. It will be a great time.
